Customer services

Positech uses its own methodology to follow the customers and the projects which is divided into the following phases:

  • The meeting about the activity beginning: the project phases and milestones to be achieved are defined;
  • Intermediate meetings for convergence: is carried out in the presence of the project manager of the customer and the concerned consultants. The goal is to confirm the activities carried out and the possible milestones completed in addition to redefining the new objectives to be achieved;
  • The evaluation of the finished activities: The intervention of Positech is evaluated technically and qualitatively. This document is compiled by the consultants, is validated by the Manager and from the project leader of the customer to whom it is delivered.
